Andreas Herbst is not only the junior host of the Riederalm — he is one of the most remarkable culinary personalities in the Salzburg region. His philosophy: "Epic Slow Food Leogang" — the finest regional products from Leogang and surroundings, refined with creative sophistication and fermentation experiments.
The result: flavour experiences that unite Alpine tradition with international flair. Every day, Andreas and his team create the 5-course gourmet half-board menu for all hotel guests — crafted with the same philosophy, regional products and quality standard as the à la carte menu at Restaurant dahoam, which is also open to non-hotel guests.
