These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts regarding accommodation and all other services and deliveries provided by Herbst Riederalm GmbH & Co KG to the guest. Sub-letting or re-letting of the provided rooms as well as their use for purposes other than accommodation require the prior written consent of the hotel.

The accommodation contract is concluded upon the hotel's acceptance of the guest's booking request. The booking confirmation is provided in writing or by email. A binding reservation requires the provision of name, address, arrival and departure dates, and if applicable, a credit card for security.

The stated prices are per room/suite and night, including statutory VAT and local tourism tax, unless otherwise stated. Additional services such as spa treatments, beverages, or special requests are charged separately.

Payment is made according to the conditions stated on the booking confirmation. Accepted payment methods: cash, debit card, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). Bank details: Raiffeisenbank Pinzgau Mitte, IBAN: AT42 3505 3000 3408 7031, BIC: RVSAAT2S053.

Rooms are available from 3:00 PM on the agreed arrival date. On the day of departure, the room must be vacated by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out require prior arrangement and may incur additional charges.

Cancellations are governed by the applicable cancellation terms of Herbst Riederalm GmbH & Co KG. Detailed cancellation conditions and deadlines are communicated with the booking confirmation. In case of no-show, the full accommodation price will be charged. Different conditions may apply for group bookings and special offers.

The hotel is obligated to keep the rooms booked by the guest available and to provide the agreed services. The guest is obligated to pay the agreed prices or the applicable prices for any additional services used. Changes to the scope of services will be communicated to the guest in a timely manner.

The hotel is liable for damages attributable to it. Liability of the hotel for slight negligence is — to the extent legally permissible — excluded. The hotel is liable for items brought along by guests within the scope of statutory provisions. Valuables may be stored in the hotel safe.

The hotel is entitled to withdraw from the contract if the guest does not make an agreed advance payment, in cases of force majeure or other circumstances beyond the hotel's control that make fulfilment of the contract impossible, or if rooms were booked under misleading or false statement of material facts.

Austrian law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Zell am See (Regional Court Salzburg). The application of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods and the referral norms of international private law are excluded.

Amendments and additions to these Terms and Conditions must be made in writing. Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid regulation that comes closest to the economic purpose of the invalid provision.
