80% of our ingredients come from within 50 km — from Pinzgau farmers, local dairies and our own herb garden.

Our photovoltaic system and biomass heating supply the hotel with clean energy all year round.

Our own mountain spring provides drinking water. Pool water is treated naturally without chlorine.
